Working methods
Munro Global Perspectives contribute towards organisational professionalisation and globalisation processes by delivering tailor made support and advice. We inspire both self-employed professionals as well as professionals acting within multinationals to further develop themself. We work on one-to-one basis. We work with (larger) groups.
All our programmes are characterised by confidence, commitment and humour. We also believe a little confrontation may be necessary to enhance learning. We will nevertheless do so with the utmost respect for the individual and the organisation.
Clear, strong and tangible goals will always, no exceptions made, form the bases of each development programme. Full commitment of all those involved is a key condition. By first of all looking at the desired outcomes (instead of the starting point) we stimulate ambitions and potential to surface. If goals are clear and set, we will analyse the starting point. With both the goals as well as the starting point clarified an appropriate mix of working methods will be designed. You may think of one-to-one meetings, workshops and trainings, preceded by testing if necessary.
