Munro Global Perspectives is headed by Marianne Mol, Licensed Partner with Richard Lewis Communications in Great Britain. Marianne gained her expertise and understanding of cross cultural differences and excellent command of the English language whilst working and living
in the United Kingdom, (Scotland) and The Netherlands.

Marianne has obtained a wealth of experience in SLA-based, performance driven organisations that often have a high pressure to produce business results. Industries worked in include: banking, government, customer care and FMCG. Marianne worked with professionals from all over Europe, Russia, South-Africa and the United States. These combined experiences enable Marianne to diagnose the subtleties and subconscious messages that can either hinder or empower an individual’s growth potential.
